The December 6th broadcast of KBS 2TV's 'Convenience Store Restaurant' (hereafter referred to as 'Convenience Store Restaurant') will reveal the story of a special young man, Lee Chan-won, who tries to repay the love he has received in any way he can. Lee Chan-won decides to donate kimchi he has personally made to the elderly who live alone. In the process, Lee Chan-won and his close friends Hwang Yoon-seong and Kim Joong-yeon, three MZ youths, are known to take on the challenge of making the largest kimchi ever, adding to the curiosity.

In the VCR released that day, Lee Chan-won moved all the boxes piled up in front of his house into the living room. What caught people's attention at that time was the plastic that was densely covering the floor, sofa, TV, and other areas of the living room. Special MC Pyo Chang-won said, "It's like a crime scene." The identity of the ingredients inside the boxes was also revealed, which was 60 bundles of pickled cabbage. Lee Chan-won, a 28-year-old young man who usually makes and eats kimchi at home, prepared a large amount of kimchi.

Lee Chan-won said, “I am usually loved by many elderly people. I was looking for a way to repay them and thought, ‘What if I make kimchi with my heart and donate it?’” He explained the reason for preparing a large amount of kimchi. Recently, Lee Chan-won made headlines by donating 100 million won to the underprivileged.

What awaited Lee Chan-won, who had made a brave decision, was endless labor for making large-scale kimchi. Although Lee Chan-won had personally prepared various vegetables and seasonings, it was still difficult for him to make 60 bundles of 240 kimchi by himself. In the end, Lee Chan-won called his close friend Hwang Yoon-seong. After a while, Hwang Yoon-seong and Kim Jung-yeon visited Lee Chan-won’s house without knowing anything, and they also unexpectedly got involved in making large-scale kimchi, which made everyone laugh.

From making kimchi sauce to mixing, all the 'Pyeon Restaurant' family members were amazed by the endless labor. Even Chef Lee Yeon-bok, who was watching the VCR, was surprised and said, "If you make 60 bundles, it would take 3~4 people in the store to do it all day..." There was also a story that Lee Chan-won prepared a delicious menu that must be eaten during kimchi-making for his hard-working friends.
