According to the entertainment industry, when an actor breaks a contract, they usually have to pay 20-30% of the production cost as damages.  
That means Disney+ could potentially charge Kim Soo Hyun hundreds of billions of won in liquidated damages. 

 

 

3. Telegram controversy? Text messages with Kim Sae-ron revealed!

Garosero Research Institute revealed the text messages that Kim Sae-ron sent to Kim Soo-hyun. The text message sent on August 13, 2018 was released.  

Kim Sae-ron said, "You're deleting KakaoTalk like this?"  
"This is a phone call. Pick it up."  

 

According to Ga Se-yeon's side, Kim Soo-hyun "said that he quickly deleted KakaoTalk and told her to contact him via Telegram." This raised suspicions that he was using Telegram for secret chats.  

 

The agency denied the claims, saying, "It's groundless, and I dated Kim Sae-ron from the summer of 2019 to the fall of 2020," but the controversy doesn't seem to be dying down any time soon.
