The 2025 Minions Marathon will be held in Seoul! We've compiled the schedule, location, entry fee, course, application method, etc. A fun run with the cute Minions! The perfect running event to participate in with family, friends, and lovers.
1. What is the 2025 Minion Marathon schedule?
Date: Sunday, June 15, 2025
Time: Starts at 8am
End: Expected around 1pm
In case of rain: If it's not heavy rain, just go ahead~
2. Where is the marathon held?
Location: Sangam World Cup Park, Seoul 
Features: Wide park course + Minion photo zone + various event booths
Parking: Expected to be very, very crowded → Public transportation is highly recommended
3. What is the entry fee?
5km family run: Estimated to be around 35,000 won
10km Challenge Run: Estimated to be around 40,000 won
(Based on last year, the 2025 amount will be confirmed when the website opens in April)
What's included in the admission fee?
Minions Running T-Shirt
Official number plate + record chip
Finisher Medal + Certificate
Commemorative goods package (eco-bag, sports towel, etc. expected)
Opportunity to participate in on-site events & prize draws
4. What is the course like?
5km Fun Run Course (Family Run): Easy for beginners, children, couples, and friends!
10km Challenge Course: Perfect for those who have some experience running!
5. How do I apply?
Applications are scheduled to open in mid-April 2025!

7. Frequently Asked Questions FAQ
Q. Will the event be cancelled if it rains?
A. We will proceed with most of the rain! However, if there is heavy rain or safety issues, you must check the notice!
Q. Do I have to wear a Minion costume?
A. It's optional, but if you wear it, you'll have twice as many memories and photos
Q. Can I apply on site?
A. It is possible if there are seats available, but most are first-come, first-served, so please apply in advance~
