1. How to find an Olive Young store

 

Olive Young operates about 1,300 stores nationwide, but only about 16% (about 200 stores) are affiliated stores where you can use the People's Livelihood Support Fund consumption coupons. To check if a store is affiliated, you can use the 'Find a Store' function on the Olive Young app, check the sticker at the store entrance, or use the local currency/consumption coupon app.

2. How to distinguish between Olive Young direct stores and franchise stores

Olive Young direct stores are operated by head office staff and cannot use consumption coupons. On the other hand, franchise stores classified as small and medium-sized businesses with annual sales of less than 3 billion won can use consumption coupons. If a store has a sign that it does not support pickup service, it is likely a franchise store.

 

 

3. Where can I use the People’s Livelihood Support Fund consumption coupons?

The livelihood support fund can only be used at offline stores, not online malls. It can be used at neighborhood marts, pharmacies, eyeglass stores, some convenience stores, and Daiso, but it cannot be used at large marts such as E-Mart and Homeplus, or Starbucks direct stores.

4. Can I use a coupon at Daiso?
