NEWBEAT (Park Min-seok, Hong Min-seong, Jeon Yeo-yeo-jeong, Choi Seo-hyun, Kim Tae-yang, Jo Yoon-hoo, Kim Ri-woo) will be performing at the '2025 Yeosu K-Mega Island Festival' to be held at the Sky Tower in Yeosu Expo Park, South Jeolla Province on the 26th.

 

On this day, New Beat will show off energetic performances of the title song 'Flip the Coin' from their first regular album 'RAW AND RAD', as well as 'Highs&Lows' and 'JeLLo'. They also plan to heat up the atmosphere on site by adding the band version of 'We Are Young', which was greatly loved by fans.

 

New Beat made their debut in the music industry in March by releasing their first full-length album, 'RAW AND RAD'. They received global attention, especially through their splendid debut show, 'Drop the NEWBEAT', and SBS fan showcase, 'Himsumjjin Anatomy Room'.

 

Since then, they have been receiving enthusiastic responses by performing on major stages such as the '2025 Lovesome Festival', 'Seoul Spring Festa Opening Commemorative Seoul Wonder Show', 'KCON JAPAN 2025', 'MyK FESTA', and even the '2025 Yeosu K-Mega Island Festival'. They are also communicating with fans in Korea and abroad by being active in various fields such as blood donation campaigns and busking.

 

The '2025 Yeosu K-Mega Island Festival' is a complex cultural festival that encompasses K-culture that transcends genres, from K-music to food. Meanwhile, New Beat will release the digital single 'Cappuccino' through various online music sites on August 5th at noon. They are planning to make a comeback by releasing a new album in the second half of this year.
