The global standard K-pop chart "KM Chart" (KM Chart) announced the results of its July monthly chart on its official website on the 31st of last month. This chart's results showcased artists from various generations and genres, demonstrating the multi-layered appeal of K-pop.

 

In the K-MUSIC category, aespa's "Dirty Work" took first place. The song dominated the summer market with its addictive sound and powerful performance, and aespa's unique future-oriented concept is evaluated to have captivated the public once again. All Day Project's "FAMOUS" followed in second place, and Young Tak's "SuperSuper" took third place. Following their second place in the digital music category with "FAMOUS," they also swept the artist category, proving their popularity. They are a new mixed group that debuted last month and have been receiving explosive responses since their debut. Following them in the TOP 10 were Lim Young-woong (2nd), aespa (3rd), Lee Chan-won (4th), Seventeen (5th), RM (BTS) (6th), Jin (BTS) (7th), G-Dragon (Big Bang) (8th), Ive (9th), and Boynextdoor (10th).

 

In the HOT CHOICE (popularity) category, the top 10 was formed by Lee Chan-won in the male category, Lim Young-woong (2nd), Ntim (3rd), NCT Dream (4th), Jin (BTS) (5th), Kang Daniel (6th), Jang Min-ho (7th), Nsign (8th), V (BTS) (9th), and Tomorrow X Together (10th). In the female category, Hwasa (Mamamoo) took first place, followed by Dreamcatcher (2nd), ITZY (3rd), Seraphim (4th), Rosé (BLACKPINK) (5th), EXO-SC (6th), Tzuyu (TWICE) (7th), aespa (8th), I-dle (9th), and Seulgi (Red Velvet) (10th), leading the summer popularity battle.

 

In the ROOKIE (rookie) category, A9 took first place in the male category, followed by Nowz (2nd), Close Your Eyes (3rd), Nex-G (4th), Rise (5th), New Beat (6th), Nuera (7th), Big Ocean (8th), Tours (9th), and Universe (10th). In the female category, Hearts To Hearts took first place, followed by Ailit (2nd), Eunice (3rd), Baby Monster (4th), Baby Don't Cry (5th), If I (6th), Say My Name (7th), Hizzys (8th), Youth Sphere (9th), and Crazy Angel (10th).
