[SPOTV News=Reporter Jang Jin-ri] Group Miao is making an even hotter comeback.
According to a SPOTV News report on the 25th, Miao will be making a comeback in October with a new album.
Miao is a girl group from The Black Label led by "K-pop hitmaker" Teddy. Debuted in September of last year with the single "Miao," they released a diverse range of tracks, including "Toxic," "Body," "Hands Up," and "Drop Top," solidifying their position as a fifth-generation girl group beloved by the alpha generation.
They are expected to heat up the music scene in the second half of the year with their new song, which they worked hard on in October. After winning the Global Hot Trend award at the recent 'The Fact Music Awards,' member Suin said, "We are working hard on our next song these days. We will be back soon with a hot song, so please look forward to it."
These words stem from Miyao's confidence as he prepares for a comeback. Gaining attention as a "hexagonal idol" with five distinct vocals and performances, as well as perfect visuals and physique, Miyao is determined to prove his evolved musical abilities with this comeback.
In particular, Meow's comeback is expected to continue The Black Label's meteoric rise. The Black Label set a new record when Blackpink's Rosé created a global sensation with "Apartment," becoming the first K-pop artist to win the grand prize, Song of the Year, at the "2025 MTV Video Music Awards."
They also launched the mixed group All Day Project and swept the music charts with "Famous" and "Wicked," and Jeon So-mi showed off her diva-like qualities with "Extra" and "Closer." They also broke records on the Billboard charts with the OST for the Netflix animated film "K-Pop Demon Hunters," and Blackpink's "Jump," which The Black Label team participated in, became a global hit. All of the label's artists are continuing their surprising upward trend.
Amidst this, expectations are rising as to what kind of performance Miyao, who has announced a comeback in October, will show with his new album.
