[All] Trouble sending tickets

Does anyone else have to fight like hell to send tickets,  or is it just me?

I can have a good internet connection and still it won't let me send.  I usually have to close and reopen multiple times just to send tickets. It takes HOURS!!!!

Probably going to quit after years of being dedicated because this isn't worth the trouble.

Anyone else with the same problem?

How are you dealing with it?

Are there any helpful (not useless) suggestions before I give up?
