An official from MBC's "What Do You Do When You Play?" told SPOTV News on the 4th, "Lee Yi-kyung recently expressed his intention to leave the show due to his schedule." The production team decided to respect Lee Yi-kyung's wishes, effectively confirming his departure.

Lee Yi-kyung's final recording will not take place separately. He will not be attending the upcoming filming on the 6th, and without a final farewell, he is expected to leave "Hangout with Yoo" after approximately three years as a regular guest since September 2022.

Recently, "What Do You Do When You Play?" had to cancel filming for two consecutive weeks on the 23rd and 30th of last month due to scheduling conflicts and special news coverage for the APEC (Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation) Summit. With filming set to resume after this unavoidable hiatus, Lee Yi-kyung has announced his intention to leave the show, and will be absent from filming on the 6th as well.
