2. Pre-order schedule

Pre-orders are divided into two rounds.

 

✔ 1st pre-order

Opens: 11/28 11:00

Admission Period: December 3 (Wed) - December 5 (Fri)
→ During this period, on-site reservations are not possible, and only those who have made reservations in advance are allowed entry!

Open: 12/03 11:00

Admission period: December 6 - December 29

✔ Things to know when making a reservation in advance

1 person per reservation (if you are in a group, each person must make a reservation)

Entry is permitted 10 minutes before or after the reservation time.

Captured or shared images are not allowed (reservation holder must verify identity)

Reservations are not permitted for those under 14 years of age. Reservations can only be made through a guardian's account.

If you want to leisurely browse the goods during less crowded times,

3. On-site waiting (on-site reservation) information

During the period from 12/06 to 12/29
Both advance reservation and on-site waiting are available.

 

On-site registration is done using the tablet in front of the store.

Since only one person is allowed per reservation, please also register your party number.

Enter within 20 minutes of receiving the entry notification

If there are a lot of people at Open Run, tablet registration may open sooner.
We recommend arriving at least 10-20 minutes in advance!

 

There is a risk of goods being sold out
If you want to get the goods first, pre-order is required.
