A bold challenge for women in their 20s
After graduating from college with an engineering degree, I joined the music production department at CJ ENM. Although it was a field outside my major, I was a 20-something who wasn't afraid to take on challenges. Looking back, I see the accomplishments I gained through my work.
The feeling was greater than I expected. Being part of a department that runs various businesses simultaneously allowed me to develop creativity and autonomy, and I was able to work in all areas including performances, MD, and brand distribution.
I was able to pursue a business that spanned a wide range of fields. During my work, I also monitored new idol groups. BTS had just debuted, and EXO was gaining popularity at the time.
With the department reorganization, the search for new talent began in earnest. As time passed, the debut of the rookie group that had been in preparation fell through, and some of the trainees were scattered.
Wow, I ended up signing a contract out of the blue. I left a company I was working at and started working as the CEO of my own agency. That's how the group ACE was born.
He couldn't even afford the deposit and severance pay for the house he was living in at the time, so he turned to his mother. While the members' practice rooms and lodging were covered, the reality wasn't easy. CEO Kim
"Honestly, the first year was truly horrific," he confessed. He thought he'd be able to debut quickly, but it wasn't easy. With military enlistment in mind, every day felt precious for the members.
Beat Interactive was born from a desire to connect with the world and create work that excites hearts. The company's direction is anchored in its mission. CEO Kim Hye-im's heart
What makes me run is music. “Rather than looking for trendy music, I want to convey a message through music,” he says. A new artist who debuted in March of last year with the mission of “beat.”
New Beat is a team that is in line with Beat Interactive's blueprint.
It contained a message he wanted to send to people who are living with the same concerns. CEO Kim said, “When I see my employees, I feel lonely and feel like I am living a life without work.
“I was doing the same,” he said. “New Beat is a team that sends support to people walking their own paths and conveys that through song. We also plan to continue talking about bullying.”
Prior to their official debut, New Beat performed busking in 14 cities, including the United States and Mexico. In Mexico, where their first busking took place, a huge crowd gathered to watch New Beat perform.
The trainees who were busking in front of the concert hall experienced the thrill of standing on the KCON LA stage right after their debut.

CEO Kim dreams of New Beat's music topping terrestrial music shows and touring, filling relatively large venues. While they didn't start out with a bang, even with the capital of a major agency, he believes that if they achieve their dream through steady growth, they will be able to more confidently share their message.
When I started my own company at the age of twenty-nine, my initial thoughts weren't simply "entertainment." I wanted to create a company where singers and fans could connect. Rather than chasing money, I wanted to create quality content and foster human connection through that content.
Looking back, I had a difficult time, to the point where I was worried about not having enough taxi fare. The challenge I started with such enthusiasm has made Bit Interact what it is today, and I am grateful to all of you who have been working with me.
I hope my employees won't follow in my footsteps. CEO Kim said, "I want to make sure that my artists and employees don't have to worry about the future like I did. I hope my employees, and
He said, “I want to take responsibility for my parents’ old age.” He said, “Even now, the most common thing I say in meetings is, ‘If there’s something you want to do, say it.’ You can earn as much as you work.”
"I want to build a company that thrives. If the company truly thrives, I want to share that with all of my employees," he added.
