[All] It's been two hours since I laid down to sleep.

The hardest thing is to fall asleep as soon as you lay down.

I have to stay away from my phone, but lying down before going to bed and doing this and that on my phone is the best way to pass the time and is the most fun.

Now I'm going to watch just one of my favorite dance practice videos and then go to sleep
