[All] Did an earthquake hit?

I remember being really surprised when I woke up to an emergency text message in the middle of the night... I woke up almost as if I was having a seizure because of the beeping sound while I was sleeping. I think it was last year, when my tablet and phone suddenly made a noise, I was so scared... I thought a war had broken out.
