[All] Are there any people with burst facial veins?

At first, I started seeing red dots on my face.

I thought it would cause spots, but they disappeared after a few days.

I looked it up and it says that it's because the blood vessels in your face burst.

It wasn't just one or two, but I had four or five that appeared and then disappeared.

It appears in other parts and then disappears.

Why on earth is this? I wonder
