According to legal circles and others on the 9th, an entertainment industry insider, A, filed a complaint against Lee for defamation under the Information and Communications Network Act at the Seodaemun Police Station in Seoul in January of last year. A sued Lee for broadcasting false information about him, and in particular, for defaming him by broadcasting a broadcast titled “Mr. Trot Music Chart Manipulation Young-Tak Slander Forces” on November 19, 2021, saying that he was a slanderous force. Accordingly, the Seoul Western District Prosecutors’ Office indicted him last month under the pretext that the defamation charge was acknowledged. If the court makes a final decision, a summary order of a fine of 3 million won will be delivered to the defendant as is. If the defendant does not accept the decision, a formal trial can be held.
