[All] EXO-CBX's side holds press conference saying, "We will report SM for unfair treatment"

EXO-CBX's side claimed that SM Entertainment was being treated unfairly.

INB100, the agency of EXO's Baekhyun, Xiumin, and Chen (hereafter referred to as EXO-CBX), announced that they will hold an emergency press conference on the afternoon of June 10th.

INB100 stated, "Last June, EXO-CBX amicably concluded legal action, including the termination of their exclusive contract and filing a complaint with the Fair Trade Commission, through a joint statement with SM Entertainment."

He continued, "At the time, both parties thought that EXO's normal activities were the most important thing, so they resolved the situation through negotiations. In accordance with the agreement at the time, the artists' individual activities and as EXO-CBX were carried out through the establishment of INB100."

INB100 claimed, "However, SM Entertainment is demanding that INB100, ChenBaekSi's agency, give them '10% of the artist's individual activity sales' while ignoring the negotiation content that was the premise of the agreement." INB100 also claimed, "Although INB100 sent a certified letter regarding this unfairness, SM Entertainment has not responded for over two months."

Accordingly, INB100 announced that they would hold a press conference on the afternoon of the 10th, saying, "We intend to report SM Entertainment's unfair actions."
