Former LOONA members HeeJin, Kim Lip, JinSoul, and Choerry have won their lawsuit over their exclusive contract with their former agency Blockberry Creative (hereafter referred to as 'Blockberry').
According to Star News on the 20th, the 11th Civil Affairs Department (Na) of the Seoul Northern District Court ruled in favor of the plaintiff in the lawsuit for confirmation of non-existence of exclusive contract worth 200 million won filed by Heejin, Kim Lip, Jinsol, and Choerry against Blockberry.
