Rapper Sleepy (40, real name Kim Sung-won) has won in the appeal trial of a lawsuit filed by his former agency, TS Entertainment (hereafter TS Entertainment), seeking damages for breach of exclusive contract.
Seoul High Court Civil Division 15 (Presiding Judge Yoon Kang-yeol) ruled in favor of Sleepy on the 21st, maintaining the original court's decision that ruled in favor of the plaintiff in the 280 million won damages lawsuit filed by TS Entertainment against Sleepy.
