[All] New Zealand authorities: "No adverse effects reported from Buldak Bokkeum Myeon"

It has been reported that New Zealand authorities investigated the capsaicin content of Samyang Foods Buldak Bokkeum Myeon, but decided that it was not at a level to make a recall decision.

Denmark previously decided to recall Buldak Bokkeummyeon due to its high capsaicin content.

Samyang Foods announced on the 26th, "The New Zealand Food Safety Authority (NZFSA) announced that although Buldak Bokkeum Myeon has a high capsaicin content, there is no need to recall it because the spiciness level is indicated on the product."

A Samyang Foods official said, “We respect and welcome the decision of the New Zealand authorities,” and added, “We will continue to do our best to provide products that customers around the world can enjoy with confidence.”

Come to think of it, those Danish guys who recalled it because it was spicy are really ridiculous.
