[All] Kumquat preserves and Gaeseongjuak

Do you know about kumquat preserves and Gaeseong juak?

Kumquat jelly is literally a jelly made from kumquats, commonly called bbungkang.

I think you could call it a Korean dessert haha

It's so sweet and delicious๐Ÿ˜†๐Ÿ’•

But maybe because it's handmade and requires a lot of work

It's sad that I can't eat a lot because it's expensive ใ… ใ… ใ… ใ… ใ… ใ…

Juak is made by mixing glutinous rice flour with non-glutinous rice flour or wheat flour.

It is made by mixing makgeolli or soju into the dough and shaping it into a round shape.

After soaking in oil, use honey, etc. to make a paste like a medicine.

It's a type of Korean confectionery that I made haha

Since it is supported by oil, it may feel a little greasy

It's not too big per piece, so it's not burdensome ๐Ÿ˜Š

If you have the chance, try these two Korean desserts~ ๐Ÿ‘
