[All] [Weather] Rainy season in southern region… Seoul daytime high 32 degrees

They say it's the southern region's monsoon season, so please be careful not to get rained onㅠㅠ

(Seoul = Yonhap News) Reporter Hong Jun-seok = On Thursday, the 27th, the central region will be mostly clear, but the southern region and Jeju Island will be mostly cloudy.

Due to the influence of the stationary front, rain will fall in the Jeonnam region, the southern coast of Gyeongnam, and Jeju Island, and will expand to Jeonbuk and the rest of Gyeongnam from the morning to the afternoon, and to the southern part of Gyeongbuk from the late afternoon.

From the afternoon to the morning of the 28th, when the monsoon rain stops, the atmosphere will become unstable, and showers accompanied by strong winds, thunder, and lightning will fall mainly in the inland and mountainous regions of Gangwon, inland regions of Chungcheong, and the southern regions.

The expected rainfall for the two days from the 27th to the 28th is 5-20mm in Gwangju, inland Jeonnam, and southern Jeonbuk, 5-30mm inland Ulsan and inland Gyeongnam, and 5-10mm in Daegu and southern Gyeongbuk.

Jeju Island is expected to receive 50-100mm of rain (over 150mm in many areas in the southern, central, and mountainous regions) for two days starting on the 26th.

The lowest temperature on the morning of the 27th is forecast to be 16-21 degrees, and the highest temperature during the day is forecast to be 24-32 degrees.

In the central inland region, eastern Jeollabuk-do, and inland Gyeongbuk, which are affected by the cold air coming down from the northwest, the morning temperature will drop to around 15 degrees Celsius, but in the central region, the daytime temperature will rise above 30 degrees Celsius, making it hot.

Fine dust concentrations will show 'good' to 'normal' levels across all regions due to smooth atmospheric diffusion and the effects of precipitation.

Waves in the sea will be 0.5 to 1.5 meters in the East Sea and South Sea, and 0.5 meters in the West Sea.

The wave height in the inner sea (the sea within about 200 km from the coastline) is expected to be 0.5–1.5 m in the East Sea, 0.5–2.5 m in the West Sea, and 0.5–3.0 m in the South Sea.
