A vehicle was caught driving on the road with blue tape attached to its tail lights, raising safety concerns.

Recently, a photo of the vehicle in question was posted on the online community 'Bobaedream' with the caption, "I've never seen a car like this before." The rear and side of the vehicle in the photo are badly crumpled. The right door looks lifted. There appears to be several layers of blue tape attached to the tail lights on both sides.
