Adore CEO Min Hee-jin has denied claims that she stole trainees from Source Music, a label under HYBE, and debuted them as members of New Jeans, and has announced legal action.

An official from Adore stated on the 23rd, “The content related to this is false, and the members and their parents are currently protesting to HYBE because they released the trainee videos without permission,” adding, “This is a breach of contract.”

He continued, “This content is not true, and we plan to take legal action against Hive for providing the source by patching together personal KakaoTalk messages.” He added, “We will take action against Hive for providing the source by patching together personal KakaoTalk messages that were illegally obtained, and even leaking personal portraits.” " he said.

Entertainment media outlet Dispatch alleged that CEO Min Hee-jin had requested the expansion of the scope of work for trainees who were under Source Music more than four times, and that she had intentionally delayed the schedule for Source Music in order to lead the debut of New Jeans.
