It has been confirmed that Samhwa Foods, which operates Arachi Chicken, has acquired the dessert brand Yoajung.

According to the industry on the 31st, Samhwa Foods recently acquired the management rights of Yoajung (the standard for yogurt ice cream) by investing 74% of its shares in the J&Quinver combination.

Yoajung is gaining attention as a popular dessert brand, recording the number one market share for delivery yogurt ice cream with its healthy dessert concept.

Samhwa Foods plans to develop menus, promote them, and collaborate with Yoajung.
