Parents who did not raise children cannot inherit… ‘Goo Hara Law’ passed

The so-called "Goo Hara Act," which prevents children from inheriting property if their parents do not raise them or abuse them, passed the plenary session of the National Assembly on the 28th with an agreement between the ruling and opposition parties. The National Assembly passed the civil law amendment containing this content with 284 of the 286 members present voting in favor, while 2 abstained.
