Hanteo isn't reflecting the actual sales of Ktown4u and is asking for personal information that will is against data policy and deemed unreasonable by Ktwon4u.
Because of this, fans of idols who recently made comebacks are voicing their concerns.
The image below is a notice uploaded by Ktown4u about not being reflected in the Hanteo Chart.
LE SSERAFIM, ZEROBASEONE, NCT JAEHYUN and EXO Chanyeol's fandoms are currently worried.
They are worried that the albums they purchased from Ktown4u will not be reflected in the charts.
If Ktown4U does not consult with HANTEO Chart to protect customers' personal information, their grades will be reflected more slowly.
I just hope that the problem is resolved quickly and that there are no problems with their activities 🙏
This demand of theirs is a blatant violation of the personal information protection act!
