When I first saw this picture of the pork belly(?), I thought it was the ladder that was given to me to clean the grill^^;;
Other self-employed people in Jeju Island would like to share their thoughts.
"Tourist restaurants are large in scale and have more money than small businesses like us, so why did they do that?"

"I ordered pork belly from a restaurant in Nohyeong-dong, but they gave me meat that was 90% fat.
When I asked, "Why only the stairs?", the answer was, "That part is delicious." I shared my experience saying, "I did it. I won't go there again."

So, the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs hurriedly created standards for normal pork belly and pork belly.
It is recommended to remove all fat, leaving only 1cm or less of fat for regular pork belly and 1.5cm or less for pork belly. They said they did it.

비계 싫어해서 애초에 삼겹살을 잘 먹지 않지만 저렇게 주면 진짜 속상할거 같아요 돈이 너무 아까워보이네요

비계 좋아하긴 하지만 저건 선넘지 비계랑 살코기가 적당히 있어야

정상적인 삼겹살의 비계도 잘라 먹는데 저런 고기를 준다면 바로 인터넷 게시판행이죠. 요즘에는 삼겹살 기준이라는 것이 있다고하니 다시는 논란이 되는 일이 없길 바랍니다.
