Hello~! Today, we will learn about the fine dining restaurant "Mosu" run by Chef Sungjae Ahn, who is currently appearing as a judge on Netflix's Black and White Chef !
(+ If there's anyone who hasn't watched Black and White Chef yet, I really, really recommend it!! There hasn't been much to watch on Netflix lately, but Black and White Chef is a cooking competition program that stands out for its entertainment and fair judging, so I think it's fun ㅎㅎㅎ)
1. Seoul, Korea
First opened in Hannam-dong, Seoul in 2017 , it received 2 stars in the Michelin Guide in 2021 and was promoted to the highest rating of 3 stars in 2022. It is unusual to receive the highest rating in such a short period of time, so this achievement can be interpreted as very meaningful~!
2. Background of the closure
A CJ CheilJedang official stated , "We couldn't renew the contract because our respective directions were completely different." It is known that Chef Ahn Sung-jae was already expanding his personal scope of activities, such as running 'Mosu Hong Kong' in Hong Kong, so it seems that negotiations with the company have not progressed .
3. Reopening news
As far as is currently known , Chef Ahn Sung-jae is expected to continue the tradition of Mosu Seoul separately from CJ CheilJedang.
- Mosu Seoul plans to move to another location to continue operations
- It is likely to open within this year! (It was announced that it would open in June, but it has not opened yet)

3. Price Arrangement
The menu appears to change seasonally, and as of last year, it was reported to cost 210,000 won for lunch and 370,000 won for dinner !
It is very expensive, but compared to 3-star dining abroad, it is said to be a reasonable price.
It would be nice to visit with family or a lover on a special day! ㅎㅎㅎㅎ
