[All] Have you ever received a reply to your FanPlus inquiry?

This is the first time I've missed it,

I sent an inquiry last week but I haven't received a reply yet ㅠ

They said they will only accept inquiries until the 4th (Friday).

I was anxious because I didn't get a reply ㅠㅠ

I wonder if I can't receive it because it's missing like this,,,,

Has anyone received an answer?
