[All] CU collaborates with black and white chef ‘Gyusikdaega’ to create healthy, convenient meals
CU announced on the 16th that it will be collaborating with chef Lee Mi-young, who appeared as the 'Cooking Master' in the Netflix original entertainment show 'Black and White Chef' and made it into the Top 15.
Chef Im Ji-young worked as a cook at Habuk Elementary School in Yangsan-si, Gyeongnam, and retired last year.
CU, which has set its product strategy for next year as 'healthy food', is starting to develop products such as side dishes and convenience foods focusing on low-salt and low-irritation foods, centered on Baek Jong-won's convenience foods, together with chef Im Yeong-young. It plans to sequentially introduce various new products starting next month.
In addition, CU selected chef Im Ji-young as the promotional model for the child meal card, which provides nutritious meals to children from low-income families, and 'iCU,' a child disappearance and abuse prevention system that has been in operation since 2017.
Eun-Kwan Lee, head of the strategic MD team at BGF Retail (282330), said, "After seeing Chef Im-Young Lee, who has been dedicated to providing school meals for children for a long time, we decided that she was the right person to help with CU's healthy food product strategy."
I liked the three people who were the food truck owner and the Imoka Se Korean Food Festival because they looked so kind.
I'm so happy to hear about the collaboration with Mr. Foodsikdae🧡🧡
I'm an instant food lover so I don't like healthy food but I can't resist Mr. Cafeteria's food!!!
