“I’ve been hurt so many times…” (Mr. A)
Person A is the ex-wife of 'Chef' Triple Star (real name Kang Seung-won). She is the main character in the wedding photos at the Hyatt Hotel (2022).
“I have been hurt and betrayed countless times during my relationship and marriage. I thought I had erased it from my memory… but the past keeps coming back to haunt me.” (Mr. A)
Triple Star also admitted to his relationship with Mr. A. However, he protested to Dispatch, saying, "The divorce was a unilateral notification. I wanted to protect my family."
"There was no specific reason for the divorce. It was Mr. A who requested the divorce. I tried to protect my family. Honestly, I don't know what I did wrong." (Triple Star)
(Triple Star married Mr. A in May 2022. And they divorced three months later. At that time, the two did not register their marriage. They were in a common-law relationship, not a legal couple.)

◆ Meeting with Mr. A
Mr. A and Triple Star first met in 2014. At the time, Mr. A was living in the United States on business, and Triple Star was an international student at Le Cordon Bleu.
Person A helped Triple Star in both material and spiritual ways. He revealed to Dispatch, "I lobbied Triple Star with Chanel bags and other things to get her hired."
Dispatch: Who did you give the Chanel bag to?
A: Triple Star was a student. I heard that the job of a chef is important in which restaurant you work. I was also in business at the time, so I had various connections. So I went around looking for people who could exert influence on the restaurant Triple Star wanted.

Dispatch: Did lobbying affect your job search?
X: Triple Star was just an international student at the time. There are a lot of culinary schools in the US. During graduation season, resumes pour in. A student with no experience gets into Michelin? That's not common.
Dispatch: So, what is the process for getting hired at ‘Benu’?
X: Mr. Y was a close friend of Benu's investors. He also knew Chef Corey Lee well. Triple Star got the opportunity to interview with Benu through our connections.

◆ Love and Reflection
Mr. A and Triple Star repeated Love and War (2014-2022). They recorded a love story of love, breakup, reunion, divorce, and war.

The relationship between the two was not smooth. In addition, they had a long-distance relationship for a year. A returned to Korea first in 2016. Triple Star returned in 2017.
Dispatch: What problems did you have during your long-distance relationship (2016)?
A: Actually, even when we were dating, there were always problems with women. But when we were apart, I couldn't handle it. Then, something critical happened.
Dispatch: The decisive incident?
A: With another man… (Dispatch heard Mr. A’s response, but decided not to relay the claim as is. It will be replaced with a letter of reflection written by Triple Star.)

◆ Another Mr. B
Mr. A was an investor in 'Trid' at the time. He invested 150 million won in the establishment of Triple Star (restaurant). Mr. A was then in charge of marketing and other areas.
'Trid' Instagram management is also A's job. In April 2022, A received an unidentified message from the official account. It was a DM from his ex-girlfriend, B.
Dispatch: Did you check with Triple Star?
A: He made excuses, saying that he only met me briefly to forget about me. Then he started finding fault with Mr. B.
'Dispatch' had a hard time contacting Mr. B. According to Mr. B, he dated Triple Star for about 4 months. Then, one day, they 'broke up'.

◆ Wife and War
I was curious about Triple Star's position.
Dispatch: They are claiming that they broke up.
Triple Star: I didn't date Mr. B for long. We only met for about 1~2 months. We had different ideas. So we didn't keep in touch anymore.
Dispatch: (Dispatch) Since the investigation began, have you ever contacted Mr. B?
Triple Star: No. I won't do it. There is a party involved, so you can hear it from the party involved.
When Triple Star broke up with Mr. B, he chose to 'go into hiding'. He didn't contact her and didn't answer her calls either.

Triple Star did not respond to further questions. His lawyer justified the controversial remarks by saying, "There must be some context ahead."
Nevertheless, (the chef's) words, "I want to tear you to pieces" cannot help but sound threatening. That's why Mr. A is considering suing for extortion.
Finally, I asked about the countless letters I had written and sent. Triple Star's lawyer answered on my behalf.
"I heard roughly what kind of woman she was. It seems like Triple Star gave her a lot of credit. I also heard that she lived by giving in." (Lawyer)
