In response, parents complained that their demands were not malicious complaints and that they were unfair.

Parent B claimed that they were the victims of the school, saying, “Everyday words were perceived as malicious complaints that inconvenienced the teachers.”

4. The need for protection of teaching rights and the demand for institutional improvement

PD Notebook focused on issues related to the protection of teachers' rights through this incident and pointed out the reality that the five laws on the protection of teachers' rights that were recently enacted are not functioning properly in the field .
