On the 19th, a petition was filed through the National Petition Center requesting an explanation of the reason for Na In-woo's 4th-grade supplementary service decision.

It was confirmed that Na In-woo was recently exempted from military service after being classified as a Grade 4 supplementary service member in his military service physical and waiting to be called up for 3 years. During that period, he actively pursued his entertainment career, appearing in 8 dramas and variety shows.

The petitioner raised questions by pointing out Na In-woo's physical condition. Na In-woo, who is close to 190cm tall and has 2.0 eyesight, appeared healthy enough to swim in the ocean on TV.

According to the Military Service Act, there are strict requirements to be considered for a Grade 4 supplementary service. You must have an education level of high school dropout or lower, physical or mental disorders that have persisted for more than 6 months, be underweight or overweight, have a criminal record, or be a family member of a person with national merit.

However, Na In-woo, who graduated from Dankook University, was found not to meet the above conditions based on his publicly disclosed history. It was revealed that he has no criminal record and is not the child of a person with national merit.
