On the morning of the 23rd, it was announced by Gumi Mayor Kim Jang-ho that Lee Seung-hwan's 35th debut anniversary concert 'HEAVEN' in Gumi, scheduled to be held on the 25th, has been canceled.

Herald POP's investigation revealed that Interpark, the ticket reservation site, did not send out a refund notice even after the cancellation decision was made, and the person in charge of the rental at Gumi City Culture and Arts Center, the rental site, said that they were discussing the cancellation of the rental after the Gumi City mayor's announcement.

Through this, it was confirmed that Lee Seung-hwan's Gumi concert was suddenly canceled without any notice to the concert organizers, and Lee Seung-hwan opened up on SNS, saying that it was a 'unilateral cancellation notice'.

Lee Seung-hwan stated that he would take legal action against Gumi City’s unilateral and unfair decision to cancel the venue, and claimed that the real reason for the cancellation was his “refusal to sign the pledge.” Lee Seung-hwan had previously participated in the candlelight vigil for impeachment, and Gumi City demanded that he submit a pledge not to engage in political agitation or politically misleading speech and actions in accordance with the regulations for permitting performances at the Cultural Arts Center.
