1. Hwang Dae-heon, will his character be reexamined due to the foul controversy?

Do you remember the incident at the Short Track World Championships where Park Ji-won missed out on a medal twice due to Hwang Dae-heon's fouls?

- In the 1500m final, Park Ji-won was running in first place, but Hwang Dae-heon pushed him with his body while digging into the inside course. In the end, Park Ji-won was pushed to last place, and Hwang Dae-heon crossed the finish line in first place, but was disqualified.

- In the 1000m final, when Park Ji-won was about to overtake, Hwang Dae-heon suddenly pushed Park Ji-won's thigh with his left hand, and Park Ji-won lost his balance and fell down. Hwang Dae-heon was also disqualified.

As these types of fouls were repeated, it was inevitable that people would start to question whether Hwang Dae-heon's character was the problem.

2. Was Park Ji-won's team kill really intentional?
Competition between teammates is inevitable in short track speed skating, but this incident was particularly controversial.

- At the World Championships, not only a medal was at stake, but also automatic selection to the national team for the next season.
- But due to Hwang Dae-heon's foul, Park Ji-won lost not only the medal but also the automatic selection.

- Hwang Dae-heon first punched the female athlete in the buttocks, and the female athlete responded playfully.
- Then, Lim Hyo-jun tried to tease Hwang Dae-heon by slightly pulling on his shorts.
- During this process, Hwang Dae-heon's butt was partially exposed, and Hwang Dae-heon seemed embarrassed and immediately adjusted his clothes.

The problem is that Hwang Dae-heon reported this incident as sexual harassment.
- Lim Hyo-jun received a fine of 3 million won in the first trial, but was found not guilty in the second trial.
- The court ruled that it was a prank during training and there was no intent to cause sexual humiliation.

4. Are Hwang Dae-heon’s parents also controversial?
The story about Hwang Dae-heon's parents has also become a hot topic in the community recently.

- There is a claim that at the time of the Lim Hyo-jun incident, Hwang Dae-heon's parents pushed the case so hard that they eventually drove Lim Hyo-jun out.
- Also, there are suspicions that the reason Hwang Dae-heon repeatedly commits fouls during short track speed skating without receiving much criticism is because of his family's influence.

There is still no clear evidence on this issue, but it is still a hot topic of debate among short track fans.

5. Park Ji-won and Lim Hyo-jun, rivals and friends
Meanwhile, the relationship between Park Ji-won, Lim Hyo-jun, and Lin Xiaojun was once again in the spotlight at the recent Harbin Asian Games.

- The two are friends of the same age who have trained together since elementary school.
- In this competition, Park Ji-won took the 1500m gold medal, and Lim Hyo-jun took the 500m gold medal.

- After the game, they encouraged each other and showed a warm side of them supporting each other as friends despite being rivals.

Short track is a sport that requires a lot of physical contact, so conflicts are bound to occur, but at least Park Ji-won and Lim Hyo-jun are showing respect for each other.

It remains to be seen how Hwang Dae-heon will explain the foul controversy and what the outcome will be at the 2026 Milan Olympics.
