1. What is the Youth Culture and Arts Pass?
This is a support system run by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism and the Arts Council Korea, and is a cultural benefit that any young Korean born in 2006 can receive.

We provide support of up to 150,000 won to help you enjoy various cultural and artistic content such as musicals, concerts, and exhibitions.

2. Application target & support amount
Applicants: Young people born in 2006 who are Korean citizens (born between January 1, 2006 and December 31, 2006)

Amount of support: Varies by area of ​​residence
- Seoul and other areas: 150,000 won
- Daegu, Daejeon, Sejong, Seongnam, Ansan, Jeonju: 100,000 won

Support type: No physical card, online point payment

Expiration date: December 31, 2025

3. Application Period & Application Method
Application Period: Thursday, March 6, 2025 - Saturday, May 31, 2025 ( May close early if budget runs out!)

How to apply
1. Access the official Youth Culture and Arts Pass website 👉 [ Go to application ]
2. After signing up, proceed with identity verification.
3. Select a partner reservation site (Interpark Ticket or Yes24 Ticket)
4. Complete the application by entering the ID of the relevant reservation office.

Please note: This ticket is only available at selected ticket outlets, so choose carefully.

4. Where to use the Youth Culture and Arts Pass
Performances/Exhibitions Available for Viewing
- Theater, musical, classical, opera, ballet, dance, traditional Korean music, concert, music festival
- Exhibition of art, craft, animation and characters

Not available
- Fan meetings, talk concerts, lectures, religious events, children/family genre performances, film festivals, school festivals, etc.

How to use
- Use points at the payment stage after selecting a performance/exhibition at the reservation office
- Available only at the reservation site (Interpark Ticket/Yes24 Ticket)
