[How to make Ttangle Ttangle Pasta]
<Materials>
Pasta, pork belly (2 pieces), peperoncino (Cheongyang pepper), garlic, onion, olive oil,
Soy sauce, sugar, pepper, Parmesan cheese powder, parsley
Recipe
1. Prepare 4 cloves of garlic in slices.
2. Slice half an onion.
3. Cut the pork belly into bite-sized pieces.
4. Heat a frying pan, add olive oil, and cook the garlic.
5. When the garlic is cooked to some extent, add the pork belly and cook together.
6. Finely chop the green chili peppers and prepare.
7. While the pork belly is cooking, boil the pasta noodles. (Serves 1)
8. When the pork belly is cooked to some extent, add the onion and stir-fry together.
9. When the onions are cooked to a certain degree, cook them with the chopped green chili peppers.
10. Make pasta sauce. (Ratio: 2T soy sauce, 1T sugar)
11. Boil the pasta and transfer it to a frying pan when it is slightly undercooked.
12. Add pasta noodles, 3 tablespoons of water, and pasta sauce and stir-fry.
13. When the sauce has soaked into the noodles, place it on a plate and top with pepper, Parmesan cheese powder, and parsley.
