Taeil of male idol group NCT has been booked by the police for sexual crimes.
The Seoul Yangcheon Police Department announced today (the 29th) that it is investigating Taeil, who was charged with a sexual crime in June.
Earlier, his agency SM Entertainment announced yesterday (28th), "We recently confirmed that Taeyil was indicted in a criminal case related to sexual assault."
He continued, “While looking into the facts of this case, we realized that the matter was very serious and decided that he could no longer continue team activities. After discussing it with Taeil, we decided to leave the team.”

Wow, he was indicted for a sexual crime last June, but he held a fan meeting and completed his schedule. That's amazing. I guess he tried to hold on to it until the end, but it didn't work out in the end.
+There is talk that the company didn't even know because he was such an unpopular member that they could have hidden it if they wanted to.
