[talk] Min Hee-jin's third day statement... "2 month ultra-short-term producing contract? I can't sign it"
Min Hee-jin, former CEO of Adore, stated on the 30th that she cannot accept the 'delegation of work contract' that requires her to continue producing the girl group New Jeans, as it is unreasonable.
Representative Min has been distributing official statements for three days since the 28th , claiming that the replacement of the representative at the Adore board meeting on the 27th was unilateral.
Former Representative Min's side stated in a statement on the same day, "(The contract for delegation of duties sent by Adore) is one-sided and unreasonable in its intent to suggest that Adore take on the producing duties."

According to former CEO Min, Adore Chairman Kim Joo-young sent a ‘business delegation contract’ to former CEO Min on the 28th . The contract period written therein is from the 27th , when former CEO Min was dismissed, to November 1st, a total of 2 months and 6 days.
Former President Min said, “It is a very short-term producing contract of two months,” and added, “New Jeans successfully completed a fan meeting at the Tokyo Dome in Japan last June, and are planning a world tour in 2025. It is surprising to think that they can complete the production of an idol group preparing for a world tour in just two months.”
Former CEO Min continued, “It makes me question whether Hive really wants to continue to produce for New Jeans,” and “This can only be seen as an intentional attempt to induce producers to reject the contract and use it as a stepping stone for yet another media play.”
He said, “The Adore board of directors had demanded that this unreasonable contract be signed by the 30th of this month, but they decided that signing was impossible.”
Former CEO Min stated that the contract can be terminated immediately, especially if ▲the ability to perform the job is judged to be significantly lacking ▲it is difficult to maintain the contract due to Adore's business circumstances or if the CEO determines it is necessary for Adore, and said that it is "a trick that leaves open the way to exclude from the relevant work at any time and for any reason."
However, they claimed that “despite the claim of separating management and producing, the contract is full of unreasonable clauses, such as the fact that the producer can terminate the contract ‘if management performance, etc. are judged to be significantly poor,’ ‘forcing excessively broad compliance requirements,’ and ‘the non-compete period is six times as long as the two-month contract period. ’”
The media kept reporting that he was still in charge of producing, but it was only 2 months and 6 days... Even that is full of unreasonable clauses.
I think it's really too much
