Regarding this, petitioner A said, "If the bullying revelations by Newzin are true, the company (Hive and Adore) may be violating Article 76-2 (Prohibition of Workplace Bullying) and Article 76-3 (Measures to Take in Case of Workplace Bullying) of the Labor Standards Act." He added, "I strongly urge that this be investigated, and if any illegal activity is discovered, those involved be severely punished."
