Former Adore CEO Min Hee-jin has been reappointed as an internal director for a three-year term.
According to industry sources including Adoe on the 17th, Adoe's board of directors held a temporary shareholders' meeting that day and passed a motion to reappoint former CEO Min as an inside director.
The new term of office for former CEO Min is three years, starting from the 2nd of next month. He was due to end his term as an inside director on the 1st of next month. It was reported that there were no other agenda items other than the reappointment of the inside director.
