The group New Jeans' fandom 'Team Bernies' has revealed that they are in the process of reporting malicious posts containing malicious content about the members and reporting the writers of the posts.

Meanwhile, they said in multiple online communities, "It has been confirmed that several malicious users who have continuously uploaded about 7,000 posts are committing illegal acts such as spreading false information and defamation," and "Even if it takes time, we will continue to monitor so that legal punishment can be carried out."

In addition, "Team Bernie's is developing and introducing its own AI automatic monitoring system to collect data," and "We will continue to think about and utilize ways to respond more efficiently and reliably to malicious posts that go beyond criticism and spread false information and cause serious insults and defamation."

They also demanded a statement of position and action from Adore, New Jeans’ agency. On the 13th, New Jeans sent a certified letter to Adore, demanding that they correct the violations of their exclusive contract. This is an ultimatum that if Adore does not correct all of the violations of the exclusive contract that New Jeans mentioned below within 14 days of receiving the letter, they will not hesitate to dispute the termination of the exclusive contract.
