Fan Plus applies the following policies to ensure smooth community operation. The operating policy applies to all users who use the community, so please familiarize yourself with it before using it.

Copyright and responsibility of posts
The copyright of posts posted by members on the Fan Plus Community (hereinafter referred to as “Community”) belongs to the poster, and the information or opinions posted on the service have nothing to do with the position of Fan Plus (hereinafter referred to as “Company”).
The person who posted the post is solely responsible for any problems resulting from posts posted on the service.
The company does not bear civil or criminal liability even if a post posted by a member within the service infringes another person's copyright, program copyright, etc., and if the company receives an objection, such as a claim for damages, from another person for this reason, the member concerned must bear all damages resulting therefrom.

Management and retention of posts
If the company determines that any content in the service posted by a member violates the bulletin board operating principles, the company may delete it without prior or post-notification to the poster, and may impose appropriate sanctions on the member depending on the severity of the content.
The company may arbitrarily create or delete bulletin boards as needed, and may also set a posting period or storage period for materials stored in the channel and change them.
The company may edit or move postings posted by members as necessary without prior notice, and may delete postings posted by members if a member cancels or is terminated for legitimate reasons.

Criteria for post deletion
✅ Posts that are against the Constitution, social order, and public morals
· If there is a risk of damaging the national ideology or impeding the normal activities of the country.
· When disseminating information that denies or ridicules social order or violates public morals
· If it is deemed to be related to content that disrespects human life, glorifies or induces suicide, contains violence, praises crimes or delinquent acts, or engages in other criminal acts.
· When using excessive profanity, vulgar language, slang, or slang that may cause discomfort
· When causing fear by specifically describing shame, disgust, or assault
· In case of intentionally spreading false information to encourage emotional conflict between users
· When slandering, distorting or ridiculing specific religious doctrines
· If the content is cursed or superstitious.
· If an article is created by impersonating or stealing the name or position of a media company and the content is false.

✅ Obscene posts
· If the content is obscene, causes sexual shame and disgust, and violates the general public’s notions of gender.
· When depicting the genitals, pubic area, or anus of men and women, or expressing sexual acts, etc.
· Posts containing advertising content such as vulgar or obscene data, software, music, photos, graphics, videos, etc., or linking to pornographic sites
· When arranging prostitution or inducing a meeting for the purpose of sexual intercourse

✅ Personal information infringement and defamation posts
· If personal information (name, resident registration number, region, photo, etc.) is registered without the person's permission
· When slandering or slandering a specific person, organization, or institution damages its reputation or unfairly invades its privacy.

✅ Intellectual property infringement posts
· Illegal posting, distribution or reproduction of materials without the consent of the copyright holder
· In case of infringement on another person's intellectual property, such as trademark rights, design rights, etc.
· When copyrighted software, etc. is made available for free download without consent, or when serial numbers are shared.
· When introducing, recommending, or linking to a site that infringes or induces infringement of other people's intellectual property rights

✅ Illegal advertising posts
· If a link to a third-party site is included for commercial benefit regardless of the content of the post
· When engaging in or encouraging gambling through monetary (cyber money) transactions
· When illegal prizes/lotteries are touted or sold
· When commercial content is posted for the benefit of a specific company or individual
· If false information or illegal content is posted, such as introduction of money-making sites or pyramid-type fraud, etc.

✅ Posts that are all over the place
· If it does not match the nature of the bulletin board, or if the same content is listed multiple times, or if the same content is registered repeatedly on each bulletin board.
· If the posting is inappropriate due to lack of title or content or errors

✅ Other sanctioned posts
· If you impersonate a company employee or bulletin board person or steal someone else's name
· If it contains software viruses or other computer codes, files, or programs that cause malfunction of equipment related to the service or destruction or confusion of information.
· If it is judged to be in violation of other relevant laws, policy regulations, or company guidelines, etc.

Sanctions for posts harmful to youth
· Posts containing content aimed at adults or deemed harmful to youth due to sensational or violent content may be deleted without the user's prior/post-consent.

User Sanction Standards
· If posts that violate the operating principle post sanctions standards are repeatedly posted, deletion and suspension of service use will be applied.
· If violations of operating principles occur repeatedly on a specific IP, sanctions may be applied to block the IP.
· If a post causes significant damage to others or violates relevant laws, separate sanctions may be taken by contacting judicial authorities.
· The principle is that civil and criminal issues that arise online are resolved between the parties.
· If a dispute arises due to mutual slander online, the company will not be held responsible and the problem will be resolved between the parties.
· If the victim requests judicial authorities to punish the perpetrator by registering the person's personal information without permission, the company will, in principle, actively cooperate with the investigation.
