Melon's Hall of Fame is divided into the 'Album Category (Millions Album)', which celebrates albums that have achieved over 1 million streams within 24 hours of release, and the 'Artist Category (Billions Club)', which commemorates artists who have achieved over 1 billion streams since their debut. As of July of this year, there are approximately 3 million artists serviced by Melon, and only 109 teams have achieved 1 billion cumulative streams.

Playbe's entry into the Billions Club was achieved 494 days after their debut on March 12th of last year. It is the fastest entry ever, 4 days ahead of the previous fastest entry record of 498 days.

Earlier, PLAYBE also performed well in the million albums section of Melon's first half of the year settlement. Their second mini-album 'ASTERUM: 134-1' recorded the highest streaming among million albums in the first half of the year. The title song 'WAY 4 LUV' recorded the most streaming among all artists' released music in the first half of the year with a total of 104 million times.

Additionally, the second mini album was ranked 4th on 'The 20 Best K-Pop Albums of 2024 (So Far): Staff Picks' selected by the US Billboard staff.

It was well-received for its outstanding technology utilizing motion capture and the deep music in which the five members participated together. Among them, the song 'Virtual Idol' was evaluated as a 'smart song' as it directly criticizes those who do not consider Playbe to be real.

PLAYBE gained attention in February when they became the first virtual idol group to reach #1 on a terrestrial music show with their song 'ASTERUM: 134-1'. Their first solo concert proved their popularity by attracting over 70,000 fans who simultaneously logged in when the pre-sale tickets opened.
