[All] The reason why Rise became the North Star(?)...

Did you know that Rise was a 7-member group when they debuted?

So, I heard that <Big Dipper> was a candidate for the team name.

They say there was a 7th member of Rise, 'Seunghan', who has now left the group.

1. Seunghan, a member of ' Rise ' who stopped activities due to privacy issues

Fans continued to show passionate support for Hong Seung-han, a member of the boy group ' Rise ' who has stopped his activities.   It is said that a cheering truck sent by Rise fans was running in front of the SM Entertainment building in Seongsu-dong, Seoul from the 7th to the 10th .

It is said that it contains messages of support hoping for the return of the back...

In addition to the truck protest, the Rise fandom ' Breeze ' also advertised on subway billboards , street flag banners , cafes , magazines , and made donations . And the ' Hong Seung-han Support Team ' account on Twitter caught everyone's attention by posting a video and several photos with the phrase, ' Breeze will protect the seven Rise members , one dream . '

In November and December 2023 , Breeze also sent a cheering truck.

It has been announced that they are eagerly awaiting Seunghan's resumption of activities .

Meanwhile , Seunghan had apologized for his past private life being leaked ahead of Rise's official debut in August 2023 .

Due to privacy issues, they ended up suspending their activities indefinitely just 79 days after their debut.  

Accordingly, Rise is currently active as a six- member group consisting of Shotaro , Eunseok , Seongchan , Wonbin , Sohee , and Anton .

It is still uncertain whether Seunghan will return ,

2. Seunghan Rise returns ?

On the 11th , 11 months after Seunghan's hiatus, he produced Rise.

SM Entertainment's Wizard Productions has officially confirmed Seunghan's return ...

There were also fans who opposed the joining based on privacy issues.

Some Rise fandom members protested Seunghan's return and gathered in front of the SM Entertainment building in Seongdong-gu, Seoul.

The wreath reportedly had phrases like " Hong Seung-han out ," " Hong Seung-han has left ," and " Rise is the eternal 6. "

3. Seunghan's Rise withdrawal

At 11:45 PM on October 13 , 2024 , two days after the return notice was posted on October 11 , 2024 ,

SM Entertainment reversed their decision to cancel Seunghan's return and announced that he would be leaving the team .

And Seunghan's handwritten letter was also published .

4. What happens next?

After leaving Rise, Hong Seung-han is said to be focusing on solo activities and working hard to get back on stage.
