I saw Shotaro in Sana's cold interview and it was full of real empathy
The story about a person who had a mental breakdown while working part-time in high school because they forgot to turn on the rice cooker is a story that could really happen.
There was also a story that he woke up way past his work hours because he was tired.
In that situation, it's amazing that he immediately called the CEO and apologized.
But really, like Sana said, Shotaro feels like he would be forgiven for making such a mistake.
