Mnet's Idol Festa grand operation 'National Sparkling Tour' (directed by PD Jo Hye-mi) is a program based on the idea that top K-pop idol groups active on the global stage will go out to various places across the country and provide local residents with local specialties and performances at a one-plus-one (1+1) price. Previously, Tomorrow x Together (TXT), NCT DREAM, and ZEROBASEONE appeared and received enthusiastic responses.

The lineup, recently revealed, includes global sensation Rise, who is celebrating their second anniversary this year, further raising expectations. Currently successfully embarking on their first world tour, "RIIZING LOUD," Rise plans to personally visit local residents and fans, whom they normally wouldn't otherwise be able to reach, to create a special day for them.

What regions Rise will visit and what local specialties they will sell will also be key points to watch. The members will transform into "local specialty ambassadors" for the regions they visit for a day, actively promoting local specialties and the show. All eyes are on Rise as they meet with local residents and Breeze (fandom name) from all over the country, showcasing a new side of themselves that is distinct from their stage presence.
