I was wondering where I saw the star-shaped sticker under Won Bin's lips.

The trouble patch that Yuik X Rise collaborated with immediately came to mind

If I didn't know, I would have thought it was just a fashion item and not a trouble patch.

How did the trouble occur right under the lips?
