SEVENTEEN, who debuted on May 26, 2015, celebrated their 10th debut anniversary this year. To commemorate this, SEVENTEEN's 'B-DAY PARTY' was held for three days until the 25th in the Sebitseom area of ​​Seocho-gu, Seoul.
 
Sebitseom has prepared various programs such as the 'Seventeen History Zone' that encapsulates the journey of Seventeen and CARAT (fandom name), the 'Interactive Message Zone' where you can leave congratulatory messages for the members, the '5th Album Merch Zone' where the 5th album merch and the official 10th anniversary cheering sticks are sold, and a photocard exchange office for those who complete the stamp tour.

The grand finale of the party was decorated with 'B-DAY PARTY: BURST Stage @잠수교 (BURST Stage)' attended by the members themselves. 11 members, excluding Jeonghan and Wonwoo who are currently serving in the alternative military, went up on stage and held the first Jamsugyo performance by a K-pop artist. The 6,000-seat auditorium on Jamsugyo was filled, and 60,000 people gathered at Banpo Hangang Park, including the broadcast booth with a large LED screen.
 
SEVENTEEN, who made a strong start with the title song 'THUNDER' of their fifth regular album 'HAPPY BURSTDAY' to be released on the 26th, greeted the audience amidst their enthusiastic cheers. Mingyu said, "When I heard that we would be performing at the Submersible Bridge, I imagined a lot, like whether there would be yachts or a pretty sunset. Today seems to be a milestone in many ways," and shouted, "Please enjoy it until the end." This will be the first concert by a K-pop group to perform at the Submersible Bridge. The new album is titled 'Happy Burst Day'. The album title is a combination of the birthday greeting 'Happy Birthday' and the word 'Burst', which means explosion, eruption, and beginning, and it commemorates SEVENTEEN's rebirth through challenges while also containing the meaning that their new possibilities are exploding. For the first time since their debut, all 13 members have included solo songs.
