[talk] Joshua's speech at UNESCO appointment ceremony

Joshua will take the lead in giving his acceptance speech right after the UNESCO Youth Goodwill Ambassador appointment ceremony held at the UNESCO headquarters in Paris, France at 10:30 AM on the 26th (local time, 5:30 PM on the 26th in Korea). Joshua will be giving most of the speech, with the members of SEVENTEEN joining in at the end of the speech.
